Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide a thorough consultation to assess your guest’s ideal image, evaluating face shape, hair texture, and at-home maintenance preferences.
Perform individualized services to achieve the guest’s ideal cut or style using cutting and styling techniques and products.
Educate your guests on achieving their look at home using the salon’s product lines and recommended styling techniques.
Build relationships with guests and make pre-booking recommendations to attain guest retention.
Continuously grow your technical skills and compensation through our level system, focusing on continuing education, guest retention, and delivery of at-home care recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years hair dressing / styling experience required
Related Hair Stylist certification
Make up training / experience an asset
