We are a luxury salon & full service spa that focuses on imparting genuine care to each person we come in contact with. We offer hair care services, including a dry bar & color bar, as well as a full service day spa that includes everything from massages and facials, to injectables and permanent cosmetics.

Skills:
· High school certificate or diploma
· License from a cosmetology school
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Friendly and polite
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preview your schedule and create a plan to reach today’s goals.
· Smile and greet every guest with confidence.
· Conduct a face-to-face (at eye level) consultation. Ask curious questions to identify problems to solve or pleasures to provide.
· Serve each guest as if they were your favorite celebrity.
· Confidently communicate today’s game plan, tomorrow’s at-home care, and the plan for the next three visits.
· Genuinely get to know your guest and write three notes about them in their client profile.
· Reserve future appointments based on the plan you’ve collaborated.
· Recommend retail to invest in based on pain/pleasure.
· Attend team meetings and engage positively in conversations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
