The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cosmetology and a flair for hair styling, along with exceptional customer service skills. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while ensuring an enjoyable experience for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior stylists and contribute to a positive salon environment.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Perform hair threading and other specialized techniques as requested by clients.
Maintain accurate client records
also looking for additional services such as eyelash extensions and nail care when applicable.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace.
Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up consultations
Experience
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Proven experience in hair styling, with a portfolio showcasing your work
Experience in hair , eyelash extensions, and nail care is a plus.
Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Previous mentoring or training experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
