Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair styling, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We have openings for commission and booth rent. We help with training for people who are new to the industry. Commission candidate well receive $200 per week plus 50% service commission.
Responsibilities:
– Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and styling based on clients’ preferences
– Sanitize workstations and tools to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
– Utilize color theory to achieve desired hair color results
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Manage retail sales of hair care products
– Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
– Proficiency in hair styling techniques
– Knowledge of color theory and application
