Roles & Responsibilities
Develop a long-term strategy and vision for the hair salon that enhances its value.
Provide leadership and management to ensure the salon’s mission and core values are implemented effectively.
Lead the salon staff in delivering excellent services and maximizing profits.
Oversee daily salon operations.
Interview, hire, and train salon staff according to procedures, policies, and health regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of hairstylist experience.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a hair salon.
Proven skills in hair cutting.
Experience in acquiring new customers and building relationships with them in a hair salon setting.
Deep knowledge of the latest hair styling techniques.
Strong understanding of hairstyle trends and the hair salon business.
Experience working in a Japanese hair salon is preferable.
Good command of Japanese to communicate directly with Japanese customers in Singapore.
