On-Site Hair Stylist – Senior Living Community Salon
Des Moines, Iowa | Independent Contractor | 30 hours/week (3–4 days)

3801 Grand Assisted Living & Memory Care and Sage Independence are seeking a compassionate, professional Hair Stylist to join our community and provide top-notch services to our beloved residents in our on-site salon.

Position Highlights:
Serve residents in our on-site beauty salon located at 3801 Grand & Sage Independence
Work independently 3–4 days per week (approx. 30 hours)
Flexible scheduling
Pay a percentage of sales back to the community as salon rent
Build lasting relationships with residents who look forward to their visits with you
What You Bring:
A valid cosmetology license
A heart for working with older adults and a respectful, gentle approach
Your own tools, towels, products, and salon décor
Experience with roller sets, perms, trims, and men’s cuts preferred
Great communication skills and a warm, dependable personality
