Responsibilities
Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments.
Demonstrate expertise in color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cutting as needed.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions and nail care to enhance client satisfaction.
Upsell products and services to clients based on their individual needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to salon policies.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, color theory, and sanitation practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in upselling products and services is preferred.
Familiarity with store management practices is a plus.
Ability to perform eyelash extensions and nail care is an advantage but not mandatory.
A valid cosmetology license is required.

Pay: $15.00 – $26.37 per hour
