We are innovative and our goal is to offer a unique experience for our clients by providing hair smoothing services from expert stylists in a luxurious environment at reasonable pricing. We specialize in a variety of Smoothing Treatments including Keratin Treatments and Brazilian Blowouts. We will train you, so no experience with smoothing treatments needed. We’re committed to helping stylists grow in their careers. We also encourage our hairstylists to grow their outside cut & color business through referrals from our steady stream of smoothing treatment clients.
Guaranteed hourly wages plus tips AND commissions.
We also offer paid vacation, health insurance, and 401k savings with 3% matching.
You must:
Provide an over the top client experience
Be able to work Saturdays
Have a valid cosmetology license for the state of Texas
Have the desire to provide exceptional service
Have strong communication skills
Be driven and motivated

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour
