IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate loves textured hair and loves making people feel beautiful (from the inside out)! You should have experience with smoothing and manipulating textured hair, training will be provided to learn the SOFT signature technique.

WHAT’S REQUIRED:
· Education – licensed cosmetologist
· Experience – 2 years or more
· Desired Skills – Experienced hands that can deliver a soothing hair bath, accurate cut, trendy and traditional hairstyling. Ability to perform chemical services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome clients and provide consultation information; give informative consultations
Provide clients with an elevated hair care experience
Utilize strong techniques for hair care and treatments including smoothing and glosses
Engage with clients and deliver a good, personalized salon experience.
Educate the client on the styling product being used, which are available for purchase in the salon.
Apply and upsell hair treatment products as needed such as conditioning treatments, glosses, blow-dry packages etc.
Rebook clients for their next appointment and set up electronic reminders
Keep salon station clean, tidy and all tools sterilized
Active professional social media account and staying up to date with social media trends in the industry
Continuing to master your knowledge and skills with textured hair through on-going education
