Licensed hairstylist with 3+ years of behind-the-chair experience
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
A professional with a pre-existing clientele or strong local following
Commitment to continued education and staying ahead of trends
Excellent client communication and customer service
A team player who thrives in a positive, collaborative environment
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating custom cuts, colors, and styles that leave clients feeling amazing
Managing your own book of clients, including booking and follow-ups
Providing honest product recommendations + styling tips
Maintaining a clean and welcoming station and shared space
Staying current with industry trends and continuing education
Working as part of a team — supporting and uplifting each other
Delivering an elevated, friendly experience that keeps clients coming back
