We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly environment. Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client preferences.
Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling techniques and products.
Perform additional beauty services such as nail care, eyelash extensions, and makeup application as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
Assist with store management tasks, including inventory management and retail sales.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Experience
A valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Previous experience in a salon or barbershop setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of nail care techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
Familiarity with retail math concepts for managing sales transactions is beneficial.
