Blume Beauty Bar will begin renting booths for hairstylists!! We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, providing consultations, and ensuring clients leave feeling satisfied and confident. You will also play a key role in promoting salon services and products to enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities
Provide hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing your expertise and techniques.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products in the industry, as well as CE and licensing requirements.
Booth Rent fees are due weekly.
Experience
Proven experience in hair styling with a valid cosmetology license.
Familiarity with retail math to effectively manage product sales.
Skills in upselling services and products to clients for enhanced satisfaction.
Experience in barbering or straight razor techniques is a plus.
Experience in hair extensions is a plus.
Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is an advantage.
