We are a Natural Hair Care Salon Studio that mainly focuses on micro locs, traditional locs and a variety of natural hairstyles.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Natural Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural hair car and styling creativity and provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Natural Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon at all times.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including treatments tailored to client preferences and or needs.
Perform a wide range of Natural Hair styles (micro loc maintenance, corn rows, two strand twists, knotless braids and a variety of micro styles)
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice on hair care products and services.
Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Manage scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Contribute to store management by maintaining inventory levels and assisting with retail math tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
MUST HAVE CLIENTELE, but we will help you build
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to promote products effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
