We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, including hair extensions, threading, and eyelash extensions.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace according to health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ requests and offering professional advice.
Assist in retail sales by recommending products that align with clients’ hair care needs.
Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
Valid cosmetology license required.
Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatment applications.
Familiarity with retail math and sales strategies to effectively promote products.
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Experience with hair extensions, threading, or eyelash extensions is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 – $35.00 per hour
