Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, driven, and detail-oriented Hair Stylist who shares our commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of their work. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a full range of high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling with precision and care
Provide thorough consultations and customized recommendations to meet each guest’s needs
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in your work area
Consistently present yourself in a professional and polished manner
Collaborate respectfully and effectively with fellow team members to create a harmonious salon environment
Stay current on industry techniques, trends, and Aveda products through ongoing education
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license
Previous salon experience is a plus, but a strong foundation and the right mindset are key
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and accountability
Eagerness to grow through continuing education and team collaboration
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
