What We Offer:
Attractive Commission Structure: We provide a competitive commission system to reward your hard work and dedication. Our commission rates are:
50% on services up to $1,500
55% on services between $1,500 and $2,000
60% on services over $2,000
Plus, enjoy 20% commission on all retail sales with no minimum sales requirement.
High-Quality Products: We believe in using only the best products, ensuring our stylists and clients receive premium quality with every service.
Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule with just two Saturdays per month. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance, promoting both personal fulfillment and career success.
Front Desk Support: Our front desk team will assist with scheduling, checkouts, and promoting your business. We also ensure the salon runs smoothly by managing tasks like towel restocking and offering assistance wherever needed.
Clientele Building Support: We actively support stylists in building and retaining their clientele through targeted marketing, social media promotion, and exposure to our established customer base.
