About Us:
LWS Spa + Salon offers clients top-tier beauty and wellness services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences, combining traditional techniques with modern trends — and now, we’re adding a full service hair salon!
We use Oligo Professional as our main color line, and stock our back bar with K18 and Davines products to ensure you’re working with premium tools and treatments.
Position: Hair Stylist
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
Perform a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards
Promote and recommend hair care products to clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive client experience
Qualifications:
Valid Alaska cosmetology license
Proficiency in various hair techniques and treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
