Responsibilities:
Exceptional Client Service & Relationship Building: Create a welcoming and luxurious experience for every client, offering personalized consultations, expert service, and building long-term relationships.
Haircuts, Styling & Color: Provide expert haircuts, styling, and color treatments (highlights, balayage, ombré, etc.) tailored to each client’s needs.
Product Recommendations: Utilize your product knowledge to recommend premium hair care products, ensuring clients can maintain their look at home.
Salon Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation to contribute to a smooth and efficient salon environment.
Team Collaboration: Work together with other stylists and the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and an upbeat, positive atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Qualifications:
GA Cosmetology License required.
Proven experience in cutting, coloring, and styling hair with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and retain a loyal clientele.
Ability to recommend and sell high-quality hair care products based on client needs.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, upscale salon environment.
