Key Role
Perform a variety of hair care, hair styling, cutting, hair coloring and hair extension services.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
Educate clients on proper hair care products and home maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with state board regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized care.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive beauty studio atmosphere.
Skills
Proficient in color theory to assist clients with achieving desired hair color.
Knowledge of the latest hair cutting techniques to bring innovation and creativity to any hair style.
Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Knowledgeable and/or willingness to learn different hair extension techniques to add length and thickness to clients desired styles.
Must be willing to work some weekends
English language proficiency.
