Duties
Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to offer innovative services.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or barbering certification.
Bilingual Portuguese/ English
Strong knowledge of various hair care products and treatments.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
Familiarity with straight razor techniques is preferred but not required.
