Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to client preferences and providing professional recommendations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet their beauty needs.
Mentor junior stylists or trainees, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their growth.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques to provide clients with innovative styles.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Proficiency in cosmetology practices, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Familiarity with salon management software for efficient operations.
Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining a positive client relationship.
