Provide exceptional client experiences.
Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service.
Educate clients on retail products suited to their needs.
Work effectively with children.
Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hold an active cosmetology or barber license.
