Tru-Cuts is not a franchise! We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair services, including cutting, and styling however brand new stylists who are willing to learn form 30+ yr veteran will also benefit from employment here. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping clients achieve their desired looks. Your creativity and expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide hair cutting, and styling services to clients based on their preferences and needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty to provide informed recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon environment.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong skills in hair styling, barbering and communication
Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
A valid cosmetology license is required; additional certifications in specialized techniques are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
