We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and more. Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles or treatments
– Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and exceeding their expectations
– Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and referrals
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
– Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment
Skills:
– Proficient in retail math for product sales
– Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon setting
– Strong knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services
– Ability to perform eyelash extensions
– Familiarity with MINDBODY software or similar salon management systems
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize client appointments
