We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. You will work closely with our salon team to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services to clients
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair care
– Utilize your knowledge of cosmetology and barbering to offer personalized services
– Operate a straight razor to deliver precise cuts
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and manage their expectations
– Proficiency in salon software to manage client bookings and appointments
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
– Offer and upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions and nail care
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Collaborate with the salon team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment
– Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and stay current with industry developments
Skills:
– Strong understanding of cosmetology and barbering principles
– Experience with straight razor techniques
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in salon software
– Proven customer service skills
– Ability to upsell and offer additional services
– Knowledge of eyelash extensions and nail care
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Completion of a cosmetology program or equivalent experience
– Current license to practice as a Hair Stylist in the state where the salon is located.

Pay: $100.00 – $1,000.00 per week
