We are a family of corporate salons under Regis Corporation, including Cost Cutters, Holiday Hair, and Supercuts, seeking passionate individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of salon services (haircuts, colors, perms, and fashion-forward styling) tailored to client preferences.
- Grow and manage your clientele, leveraging walk-in opportunities, tips, and commissions.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with salon policies.
- Engage in ongoing training, both online and in-person, to elevate skills.
Qualifications
- Cosmetology license required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with flexible scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earnings may be based on straight commissions or hourly rate, whichever is higher, with potential quarterly commission increases based on productivity.
