Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. If you have a creative flair, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hair artistry, we want to hear from you! As a stylist at Lavida Salon, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while growing your clientele in a supportive and professional setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client needs.
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services.
Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and products.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience.
Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
Qualifications:
Valid state cosmetology license.
Proven experience (3 Years Minimum) as a hair stylist with strong skills.
Proficiency in various hair techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
