As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to a positive salon environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to offer clients innovative options.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas.
Manage retail sales by applying basic retail math skills to promote products effectively.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with strong experience in cuts, styling and blowouts.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and listen to client needs.
A valid texas cosmetology license is required.

Pay: $20,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
