Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Conductthorough consultations with clients to understand their hair careneeds preferences and lifestylefactors.
Provide expert advice andrecommendations on suitable haircuts styles colors and treatmentsbased on clients hair type face shape and skintone.
Haircuttingand Styling:
Performa variety of hair cutting and styling techniques includingprecision cuts layering texturizing and razorcutting.
Use professional tools and equipmentto achieve desired hair styles such as scissors razors clippers andstylingproducts.
Hair Coloring and Treatment:
Administerhair coloring services including highlights balayage ombre andfullcolor treatments using professional hair colorproducts.
Recommend and apply hair treatmentssuch as conditioning treatments keratin treatments and hair masksto improve hair health andappearance.
Hair Extensions and Specialized Services:
Offerhair extension services including installation blending andmaintenance to clients seeking length or volumeenhancement.
Provide specialized services suchas bridal hair styling event styling and hair straightening orcurling treatments as requested byclients.
Customer Service and Client Retention:
Deliverexceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience forclients from booking to completion ofservices.
Build rapport with clients establishlongterm relationships and encourage repeat business throughexcellent service and personalizedrecommendations.
Product Knowledge
and Sales:
Stayupdated on the latest hair care products tools and trends in theindustry.
Educate clients on proper hair caretechniques and recommend retail products for athomemaintenance.
Support retail sales efforts bypromoting salon products and achieving salestargets.
Sanitationand Cleanliness:
Adhereto salon sanitation and hygiene standards to maintain a clean andsafe
work environment

Sterilize and disinfecttools equipment and workstations regularly to ensure compliancewith health and safetyregulations.
Qualifications:
Formaltraining and certification from a recognized cosmetology orhairstyling school.
Minimum of 6 years ofexperience working as a hairstylist in a salonenvironment.
Proficiency in a variety of haircutting styling and coloring techniques.
Strongcustomer service skills and ability to communicate effectively withclients.
Creativity
