RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide a wide range of hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Bonus points for applicants who are skilled barbers.
– Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
– Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
– Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and welcoming salon environment.
– Participate in salon events, promotions, and marketing activities to attract and retain clients.
– Uphold salon standards and policies regarding quality of service and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS
– Valid cosmetology license in Florida
– Proven experience as a hairstylist, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
– Strong knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Creativity, passion, and a positive attitude towards your work, clients, and coworkers.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new styles and techniques.
