Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair treatments, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation standards.
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records using MINDBODY software.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction and promote hair health.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members on techniques and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques, including eyelash extensions and barbering skills.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Familiarity with front desk operations and store management practices is preferred.
Proficiency in using MINDBODY or similar salon management software is a plus.
Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is advantageous.
Knowledge of straight razor techniques and sanitation practices is essential.
Ability to mentor others effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $16.76 – $21.52 per hour
