Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques to offer clients innovative styles.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Upsell retail to enhance client satisfaction and salon profitability.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required.
Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
Experience in barbering is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proven ability to upsell products and services based on client needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $10.50 per hour
