Job Description – Hair Stylist
Sweet & Sassy:
Sweet & Sassy is a children’s salon, spa and retail store for kids 3-16. Customers enjoy top-quality services including haircuts, up-do’s, mini-manicures, mini-pedicures, and ear piercing.

To go above-and-beyond in providing A+, amazing, experiences for our guests. From enthusiastic greeting, to above-and-beyond- helpfulness, to up-selling services, to making our guests feel appreciated as they check out and leave the store. Little girls are wowed by how you made them feel special; and you made it fun and easy for the parents.
Salon Stylist
Summary Responsible for all customer service activities related to salon services, including making Snip-Snap Station and Pampered Place clean/fun environments for our customers and stylists.
The Stylist will provide outstanding customer service in accordance with company standards, and ensure all assistance is provided quickly and proficiently to safeguard company integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Salon Stylist
Must enjoy working with kids.
Coordinates with management and salon staff to assist with sales and introduction of products and services.
Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service in a timely manner and in a friendly environment.
Maintains solid knowledge of all products and services offered by the salon.
Opens/Closes salon operations on an as needed basis.
May be responsible for Stocking/processing inventory items daily to maintain salon product areas.
Complies with established company policies and standards as related to customer service issues.
Attends training for all stylist as needed to maintain salon standards and expectations.
Maintains clean, organized, and neat work environment always. This includes, but is not limited to sweeping floors throughout business day, straightening/stocking merchandise as needed daily, etc.
***Preferred stylist who can contribute to salon by bringing clientele to Sweet & Sassy***
***Preferred: Must know how to Braid.
**Must be able to work Fridays & Weekends**
Job Type: Part-time
