Position Summary
The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments to enhance the guest’s well-being and improve their experience at the club. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to exceed guest expectations through sales of services and products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide personalized hair services and treatments tailored to client needs and expectations.
Educate clients about Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style.
Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, staying current with styling techniques and trends.
Promote all Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
Maintain current certifications and stay updated on industry trends.
Keep work stations clean and organized according to salon standards.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Completion of Cosmetology school.
1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
Cosmetology license in the state of employment.
Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
Ability to perform calculations related to discounts, interest, and commissions.
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Requirements
Experience working as a stylist in a professional setting.
Knowledge of Salon Biz software.
Pay
:
This position offers a base hourly rate at minimum wage, plus incentive pay ranging from 5% to 55% based on productivity.
