Duties:
– Provide hair care services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Perform nail care services including manicures and pedicures
– Apply makeup and provide makeup application services
– Perform eyelash extensions
– Offer hair threading services
– Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records
– Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and trends
– Utilize retail math skills to accurately calculate and process sales transactions
– Upsell salon products to clients during their visit
Skills:
– Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Proficiency in nail care techniques for manicures and pedicures
– Knowledge of makeup application techniques and trends
– Experience in eyelash extensions application
– Expertise in hair threading techniques
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced salon environment
Note: Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
