We are currently looking for a highly motivated, and team oriented, hair stylist to work Saturday and Sunday. There may be opportunity to add additional shifts down the road including possible full-time availability.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
Must hold a current State of California Cosmetology License
Must have a minimum 2-5 years of experience behind the chair
Must be proficient in the latest color and cutting techniques
(Optional) May have an existing local following of clients looking for a beautiful new salon to call home
Must be available to work weekends, Saturday and/or Sunday
Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences.
– Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and hair treatments.
– Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following industry standards for sanitation.
– Utilize cosmetology and barbering skills to create trendy and personalized hairstyles for clients.
– Effectively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding of desired outcomes.
– Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to provide innovative services.
– Possess a Cosmetology License to perform services within legal requirements.
– Utilize premium skills such as hair extensions, color theory, and salon software to enhance service offerings.
– Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in all aspects of hair care and styling.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for clients.
