Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend and apply appropriate hair color techniques.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and support overall salon operations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty through continuous education.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification in the state of practice.
Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in makeup application is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Strong retail sales abilities to promote products and services effectively.
A passion for the beauty industry with an eagerness to learn new techniques and trends.

Pay: $16.00 – $999.00 per hour
