Responsibilities:
Provide hair services including cuts, coloring, texture services, perming, styling, and other services.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Ensure client satisfaction by offering exemplary customer service.
Educate and inform clients on hair care and styling techniques.
Follow safety and health regulations when working with clients.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the salon.
Preparation and closing tasks for the day’s work.
Balance multiple clients with effective time management.
Qualifications:
Alaska State Hairdresser License or another US state license that can be transferred (we will help facilitate the license transfer from another US state).
Compensation:
$45,000 commission based per year.
