Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong knowledge of color theory, cutting techniques, and styling methods.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and applying hair extensions.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and color theory to offer informed recommendations.
