Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills, helping clients achieve their desired looks through various styling techniques and treatments.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their needs.
Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and best practices.
Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application as needed.
Maintain accurate client records using salon software for appointments and service history.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of color theory and hair care techniques.
Proven experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with salon software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.

Pay: $300.00 – $1,000.00 per week
