Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Provide additional services such as hair extensions.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Maintain a sanitized work area by following proper sanitation protocols.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling with a valid cosmetology license.
Skills in barbering and hair extensions are highly desirable.
Familiarity with salon software systems is preferred.
Strong upselling abilities to promote products and services effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon environment.
