Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team, a high-end salon dedicated to excellence in beauty and client care. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, as well as an existing clientele base. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier hair services while enhancing the overall client experience through exceptional care and professional product recommendations.
Responsibilities
Provide a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and recommend appropriate services and products.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
Promote retail products effectively using retail math skills to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs promptly.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Must have an established clientele.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques and retail math is preferred.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.

Pay: $21.58 – $27.42 per hour
