We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients.
Duties
Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to meet client needs.
Perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, and nail care as required.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail transactions.
Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized consultations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
Promote retail products that complement salon services to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a portfolio demonstrating skills in hair styling techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management and retail sales.
Knowledge of retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management is preferred.
Ability to perform various beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and hair threading is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning about new techniques and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 – $8.50 per hour
