Hair Stylist at Sport Clips. Sport Clips Haircuts of Fredericksburg is now hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Salon Hair Stylists at 1650 Rio Road East. Located next to Vitamin Shoppe and Jimmy John s near Home Depot and the mall. We are looking for energetic, motivated, and career-driven licensed cosmetologists or barbers to join our team of hair stylists. This is a haircutting position with paid training, strong earning potential, and great benefits.
What
You’ll Earn
- $26–$36 per hour for full-time flexible hair stylists, including retail and service bonuses and tips
- $52,000–$72,000 annually is typical for manaat this location
- There are also special bonus opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- Current Virginia cosmetology or barber license
- Positive, reliable, and upbeat hair stylists

- Comfortable working in a busy salon environment

- Be the best hair stylist by delivering excellent Client Experiences
- Track salon performance and goals and strive to meet and exceed them
