Responsibilities
Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients based on their preferences and trends.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate hair care solutions.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques.
Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and hair threading as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Utilize salon software (such as MINDBODY) for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Strong knowledge of retail math for effective product sales management.
Proficiency in color theory and application techniques.
Experience with eyelash extensions, hair extensions, barbering, and hair threading is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning new skills.

Pay: $10.00 – $30.00 per hour
