We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in beauty treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while providing clients with a memorable salon experience. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services, including hair styling, skincare, and makeup application, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties
Provide a variety of beauty services such as haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Perform skincare treatments including facials and makeup application.
Offer eyelash extensions and other specialized beauty services.
Sanitate tools and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on proper usage and benefits.
Assist with retail sales by recommending products that cater to client needs.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records using salon software.
Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Skills
Proficient in various cosmetology techniques including hair styling, skin care, and makeup application.
Strong ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in the salon environment.
Experience in upselling products and services to enhance client experience.
Knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques is a plus.
Ability to conduct effective product demos that engage clients.
Excellent retail sales skills with a focus on meeting client needs.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with front desk operations and salon software for appointment management.
Sales experience within the beauty industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge of dermal fillers is an added advantage.
