Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize techniques such as straight razor cutting and hair threading to achieve desired results.
Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience for clients.
Sanitate tools and workspaces in compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment.
Assist with store management tasks, including inventory management and maintaining retail displays.
Engage in upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required.
Experience with hair extensions is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of retail math principles to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to foster positive client relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently.
Previous experience in a salon or beauty environment is an advantage.
