Job Requirements
- A valid Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Cutting experience in a salon preferred; however, not required – we will train you if you are fresh out of beauty school or new to men’s haircuts
- Note:
The industry-wide tip deduction opportunity (up to $25,000) is supported; IRS guidance is pending for implementation. Tip income must still be reported.
