Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including detangling, cutting, coloring, washing, styling, and hair extensions.
Execute hair threading techniques with precision and care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in hairstyling and beauty.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Manage appointments using scheduling software such as Gloss Genius
Assist in retail sales by providing product recommendations based on client needs.
Uphold cleanliness and organization within the salon environment.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of hair extensions application methods is a plus.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
