Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
Recommend retail products to meet client hair care needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and salon environment.
Stay up to date on trends, techniques, and salon products.
Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture.
Build and retain a strong client base through excellent service and follow-up.
Requirements:
Valid state cosmetology license.
Proven experience as a hair stylist or barber (1+ years preferred).
Proficiency in various cutting and coloring techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a small or boutique salon environment.
Knowledge of our hair care product lines.
Established clientele is a plus but not required.
