We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your creativity and expertise will help enhance our clients’ beauty and confidence, making them feel their best.
Responsibilities
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Perform makeup application and eyelash extensions as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon facilities in compliance with health regulations.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for hair coloring services.
Assist clients with nail care services when needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience.
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records using salon software.
Mentor junior stylists or interns by sharing techniques and best practices to foster their growth in the industry.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat visits and referrals.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment is preferred.
Familiarity with makeup application techniques and eyelash extension procedures is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of hair extensions application methods is desirable.
Experience using salon software for appointment management and client records is beneficial.
A passion for mentoring others in the beauty industry is encouraged.
