Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert hair services, including precision haircuts, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, and barbering services.
Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs, lifestyle, and preferences, recommending tailored haircare solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and innovations to offer modern and cutting-edge styles.
Educate clients on professional haircare products, styling techniques, and maintenance tips for long-lasting results at home.
Promote and sell salon-exclusive haircare products, enhancing the client experience while achieving personal and team retail goals.
Maintain and track personal performance metrics, including service revenue, client retention, and retail sales.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust through outstanding service and communication.
Collaborate with a talented team in a creative, inclusive, and supportive salon environment.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon booking software to manage appointments efficiently, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to refine skills and elevate service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed Cosmetologist and/or Barber (state-specific requirements apply).
Proficiency in a wide range of hairstyling, coloring, and barbering techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering top-tier client experiences.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to recommend and sell professional haircare products confidently.
Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a positive salon culture.
Familiarity with salon software booking systems and customer service best practices.
